Workflow Design To Optimize Clinical Talent: In-Person Symposium

Event Details

Clear, efficient workflows are essential to delivering high-quality, integrated care. But many organizations continue to rely on legacy processes that misalign clinical talent, delay care, and increase administrative burden.

This in-person Track 1 symposium goes beyond on-demand learning to provide hands-on, applied technical assistance for leaders responsible for clinical operations, workforce design, and care delivery transformation.

Participants will work directly with subject matter experts to examine how work is assigned across roles, where inefficiencies are introduced, and how clinical processes can be redesigned to better align licensure, skill mix, and patient need. The focus is practical: clarifying responsibilities, standardizing hand-offs, and reducing non-value-added work so clinical teams can spend more time delivering care and less time navigating systems.

This symposium is designed to be interactive and collaborative. Participants will leave with clearer frameworks, shared language, and actionable next steps they can take back to their organizations.
