Financial Management & PPS Sustainability: Applied Training & Live Office Hours

Event Details

This live Track 2 session builds on the in-person Financial Management symposium and shifts the focus from concepts to practical application. Designed as a highly interactive applied training, the session centers on participant questions, real-world financial challenges, and implementation scenarios tied directly to PPS performance.

Subject matter experts will briefly highlight key themes from the in-person symposium, then spend the majority of the session addressing participant-submitted and live questions. Discussion will focus on how organizations are managing financial performance under a PPS model, quality requirements, and operational decisions that protect revenue integrity and long-term sustainability.

This is not a repeat of the in-person event. Participants should come prepared to engage, share challenges, and work through applied financial management questions with peers and faculty. Pre-work or reflection materials may be provided in advance to support discussion.

The session is open to all AdvaNCe Health Together participants and will be recorded for later viewing.
